Greenpeace 'Coal Story'

A new coal-fired plant opens every week in China. There, as in many developing countries, coal's cheap price and quick accessibility make it the energy of choice to supply their increasing demand. But this fuel doesn't come without a long list of insurmountable problems: from creating deadly labor conditions, to toxic air to being a major cause of climate change, threatening our planet with rising tides and other life threatening weather conditions. Greenpeace has set out to educate people and persuade governments against coal use through this animated film.
